Jr/Sr High Announcements from May 18th -
**Today is Friday, May 18, 2012 it is an “A” Day. The Menu today is: Fish Square on a Bun OR Grilled Cheese, Corn, Applesauce, Cake and Milk. Faculty should mark the Grilled Cheese on line under second choice as there is not salad today.
**Congratulations to Ashley Tinguely and Emily Lewis on making it to state doubles in tennis!!
**Any senior that did not get their cap and gown yesterday for graduation should stop in the office today to get them.
**All Students who went to Rome need to return the blue garment bags they were given. Please return them to the marketing office before June 1st.
**There will be an assembly today at 8:30 a.m. for students in grades 7 through 11 for Rodeo information to be handed out. Students will be called when things are set up.
**The last recycling for the year will be today. Faculty is asked to place all bins outside class room doors.
**We have numerous lost and found items turned into the office, please check in the office if you are missing any clothing items. Anything not claimed will be given to a charity when school is out!
**There is a sign up sheet in the office for all girls currently in grades 8 through 11 if you are interested in signing up for next years dance team.
**Senior Dance team members are reminded to turn in all of your dance gear today. Also underclass team members should turn in gear before June 1st.
**There will be a dress down day sponsored by the Junior Class today.
**Reminder to seniors – Lend-a-Student and Student Auction Bills must be paid before you check out today.
**Seniors are to turn in their “check out sheet” into the office by Friday at 3:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!
**There will be a Student Council Meeting today during A Lunch to discuss the student picnic.

The Holy Trinity High School Choir will have the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game vs. the Rockies on July 5th! Game will begin at 7:15 PM that evening.

Our Choir performed a concert at Sant'Agnese in Agone in the Piazza Navonaand received a standing ovation. They toured the Vatican museum, St. Peter's Basilica, Pompei and Minori.

Fort Madison Community Hospital is happy to host the Junior Volunteer Program for high school students again this summer. The Junior Volunteer program is designed to educate and support students interested in medical careers. Benefits of the program include developing new skills, gaining valuable experience, helping others, and giving back to the community. The program will last 6 weeks starting June 11 and ending July 19, 2012. Volunteer hours will be available from 9 am to 12 noon, Monday through Thursday. Volunteers must put in a minimum of 6 hours per week and a program total of 24 hours. Acceptance will be based on your application and references. Salads offered as a lunch option -
The students at the Jr/Sr High will have a salad option for lunch Mondays through Thursdays. It will be the same price as a regular lunch and will include everything but the entrée.

Online Grading Information -
The JMC Online Grading System for students in grades 4-12 is available for use. Grades K-3 are given access in order to check their lunch balances and attendance; however grades are not displayed.
