Holy Trinity is seeking a part-time K-6 Associate. This position will support all elementary grade levels as needed. Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Work collaboratively with Kindergarten – Sixth Grade colleagues in a Catholic school
• Engage students in a meaningful curriculum
• Employs a variety of creative and innovative instructional techniques and strategies as designated by the lead teacher(s) to guide the teaching and learning of all students
• Teach and encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior
• Be professional in all dealings with students, families and staff
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development
• Assist the lead teacher(s) to assess the growth and accomplishments of students on a regular basis, providing proper reports/grading as required
• Provides a happy, relaxed learning environment in a manner that encourages positive growth. Maintains equipment, materials and space in good order.
• Be a part of a close, supportive, faith-based community
• Support the school’s mission, vision, and policies.
